About Me

Who Am I?

Hello! My name is Corben Brazier, a computer science enthusiast that creates games, loves fitness, and has a deep passion within the computing community.

My interest first started in 2018, where I made small projects within the Scratch website, and enjoyed making games that me and my friends could play. My interest further grew as I discovered Javascript and the opportunities it opened, where I messed around with the console to make text-based games.

What I enjoy creating: I love building challenging games that require both skill and luck to win. I enjoy adding upgrades and progression into games to show what you've achieved. My favourite genre is round-based roguelikes.

Hobbies and Interests

Outside of Computer Science, I love health and fitness. I go to the gym 4 days a week, manage my calorie intake, and love cross country
I occassionally play the electric guitar in my freetime
I also develop games within the Godot Engine, and also play games aswell to assist my game development.

No Man's Sky - An action-adventure survival game about traversing space.
The Binding of Isaac - A roguelike game based by the biblical story of Akedah
Mortal Kombat 1 - A fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios
Noita - A difficult fantasy roguelike where you experiment and create spell combos

I enjoy playing basketball, and used to play for my local team Braintree Blue Devils.
My gym split consists of:

A factory automation tower-defence game about defending the core from oncoming raiders.

A round-based survival game where you choose a character class, fight off waves of enemies, open chests, perform rituals and defeat god!

Triangles and more triangles

An arcade shooter where you fight against the clock to kill triangles. Use shards to buy upgrades and survive longer.

An RPG text game created within the console. Fight enemies, cast spells, tame griffins, buy loot and encounter events.

A factory automation tower-defence game about defending the core from oncoming raiders.

Build miners to extract resources, and convey the yield into the core.

Collect data, complete contracts, buy upgrades and new buildings.

Save all your progress, and have access to multiple save files.

Try to collect 100% of data as each raid becomes harder.

Automate your production, build turrets and bullets, and get as far as you can.

Game assets are created by me.

No generative AI was used in the development process.
